EyeSpyPro.com is based in the USA, and we will ship worldwide. Shipping prices are based on one small item. If you order more than 1 item, or heavier items like DVR's, spools of cable, etc., your actual shipping will be higher, and we reserve the right to add additional shipping charges, should the actual shipping charge exceede what you paid.

In the USA, we ship, depending on the wholesaler; UPS, Fed-Ex, or United States Post Office (USPS) starting at $9.99 for ground, $14.95 for Priority mail, $35 for 2nd Day, and $45 for Overnight. This is for 1 or two items.
For Worldwide shipping, we offer three choices between USPS first class mail with no insurance starting at $25, or USPS Priority Mail with insurance starting at $35. We can ship UPS or Fed-X overseas, and that starts at $75 to $100, and could be higher with multiple or heavy items.

Some of our products will ship directly from Asia, Russia, or any number of other countries, which could require additional fees that only apply to that item and will be listed at the bottom of the item description.

Shipping To An Address Different From Your Billing Address

To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may hold an order for further verification if it is being shipped to an address different from the billing address. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.

We do not ship to unverified shipping addresses as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.

Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.

Signature Required

Most orders we ship do not require signature on delivery.  However, depending on the dollar amount of your order, it may be shipped “Signature Required” for proof of delivery. If you cannot be at the shipping location to sign for your package, a note will be left for you with instructions. You can then go to pick up your package at your earliest convenience.  

Packages returned to EyeSpyPro due to any of the reasons listed above will be subject to both a restocking fee and the shipping charge to have the package sent back to us.

Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note 'damaged' with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately.

Any camera that is not advertised as a day/night, low light, or low lux camera will not perform well in low light, and not at all in the dark. Make sure you know what you are ordering before you order it, and feel free to call us @ the number above or send us an email using the Contact link above.

Do not buy any infrared illuminator if your camera is not an IR camera. It has to have a removable IR-Cut filter that slides out of the way at night for the camera to recognize the IR.

Shipping prices are for one small item. If you order more than one small item, including complete systems, we will adjust the order and charge the actual shipping price.
