Installation of the  Vivotek FD8136 Mini Dome Megapixel IP Camerais a snap with PoE connectivity, allowing you to just run one Cat5 cable to the camera from a PoE switch to power it, and send the video back.

The Vivotek FD8136 Mini Dome Megapixel IP Camera has a megapixel image sensor that records uip to 1280 x 800 @ 30fps. It also supports H.264 compression, so you files are almost 1/2 the size of MPEG-4 files.

The Vivotek FD8136 Mini Dome Megapixel IP Camerais only 3.5 inches wide, so it can be set up to record in most any business or residental environment.

Do not buy any infrared illuminator if your camera is not an IR camera. It has to have a removable IR-Cut filter that slides out of the way at night for the camera to recognize the IR.
