Not only is the PI Pen a great writing ball point pen,  it's also a high quality, digital audio recorder that can record up to 36 hours in LP format. The PI Digital Audio Pen is great for taking "in the field" notes both by writing and dictating. With high speed USB 2.0, you can upload your files faster to your PC or Mac.

With a click of the pocket clip, you are now secretly recording all voice conversations. The PI Pen note taker is great for the amateur or professional private investigator or law enforcement. The files are one continious file, which overwrites the new record over the old record when exceeding the recording capacity.

In fact, the one button control allows you to instantly capture your thoughts quickly and effortlessly. Simply slide the pocket clip down to record, and up to stop.

Rechargeable Battery

The PI Pen recharges in 4 hours simply by plugging in the included USB recharger cable. A single charge powers unit for 10 hours of recording. Replacement batteries are the standard 1/2AAAA, and the pen is replaceable with refills from Zebra, who are from Japan.

Playback Options

Either listen from the included earphone with the wired remote control, or download to your PC via USB 2.0 cable. The PI Pen, don't go in the field without it!
