Inside the SecureShot Battery Powered Smoke Detector Hidden Camera With DVR is a battery powered, weather resistent, self-contained, 1 camera indoor video surveillance system that offers motion detection to only record video when movement is detected.

Inside is a color or black & white low ligh camera, SD card recording DVR, and a  no-drain, rechargable, Lithium-Ion battery that can record for 20 straight hours, or sit in sleep mode for up to one year!

It's all motion activated, and it will record for up to 1 minute or longer if you desire, after motion stops. Then it goes back to stand-by mode, waiting for any movement.

As soon as anyone moves in front of the camera, it will trip the sensor to start recording. The high resolution color camera has 450 tv lines, and you can record full motion 30fps video @ 320 x 240 resolution, up to 12 fps in 640 x 480 toa hidden SD card that can be viewed on a PC, or a Mac with VLC media player, or plug the smoke detector camera into your VCR or TV if you don't have a computer.

User Friendly -Totally Covert:

The SecureShot Cordless Smoke Detector Hidden Camera And DVR is "armed" by simply pressing the power button on the included IR remote control. A short "beep" tone is emitted to verify proper operation. No "tell-tale" extra lights or switches insure a totally covert system.

Custom User Settings:

User settings are easily changed by simply connecting the unit into the "Video in" of your TV/Monitor via the supplied RCA cable and pressing the menu button on remote control. User recording options include 30fps video recording or high-Resolution still shot recording (1 image every 3 seconds during motion). Motion activation sensitivity is adjustable to operate effectively in most any environment.

Two Playback Options:

Recorded images/video can be played back directly from the unit by simply connecting the included RCA cable to your TV/Monitor and touching the play button on IR remote control. SD card can also be removed from unit and played on your PC via included SD card reader. Playback speed can be changed to 2X or 4X. No additional PC software needed.

These hidden camera/DVR systems are 110V only. If you live outside the USA, or anywhere that has 220V and plug this in, it will fry the insides. You will need a 220 to 110 converter, which you can get at airports, Department stores in the travel section, or electronics stores. If you plug it in without a converter it will burn out.
