The PI-CamStick is the smallest high resolution, real time digital video pocket camcorder in the world. You have to see the beautiful 352 x 288 video to believe such a little tiny item can produce decent quality video with audio. We put some links below of actual files from the camera that you can download.

We found a version of the PI Cam Stick called the Mini Interview Recorder with a cool clip to put in a shirt pocket! They now come with 2GB of internal memory. Choose up to 2GB of additional memory as an option. The manufacturer keeps changing the packaging, so now it's in a small plastic case we will take a picture of and post. They no longer come in the black boxes. And not every one takes pictures, though most of the ones we have do take pictures.

Our Apple computer won't recognize it, so if you have a Mac, just take the micro SD card out and use a SD card reader to view the videos. If you have a PC, it works just find and Windows 98 recognizes it and will ask to open the device or play the videos in Windows Media Player.

I see why it's called the Mini Interview Recorder, because the new version comes with a pocket clip, so you can put it in a shirt pocket, turn it on, and you will record about 7 hours of video on a 1GB SD card. This has to be the most discrete way to record beautiful video, just put it in side a pack of chewing gum and it will turn into a hidden camera.

Using the PI Camstick:

• Charge the PI Camstick for 3 hours with the PC's USB port, or the included 12v adapter.
• Insert a micro SD card in the slot on the side and turn the switch to "On."
• Press the large round button for 1-2 seconds and the orange & yellow light will come on. The device will automatically start recording video and the lights will turn to green and blue. This is record mode.
• To stop recording, push the button again, and the status lights go back to orange and yellow. Start recording again by pushing the large button once, or switch the side button to photograph.
• In photograph mode, push the button once and wait 2-3 seconds. A light will flash and the picture is taken, so hold the camera still.
• Turn off the PI camstick with the on/off switch and upload the data to your PC with the included USB cable.
