The GeoVision GV-FD 320D 3MP H.264 Fixed IP Dome is a full features PoE network dome camera with Intelligent IR, and a removable IR-cut filter.

Most GeoVision anetwork camersa are PoE or power over ethernet, all you need is a PoE switch, or a PoE injector to power the camera over the ethernet cable. Add the GeoVision GV-PA1191 PoE Adapter when you check out if you don't want to run electricity to power the camera, and you don't have a PoE switch.
You will find in all GeoVision IP cameras that they have all the features of you need in a network camera, like SD card recording, motion detection, and tamper detection. You can be notified when a camera is tampered with, spray painted over, shifted to a different view, or the focus is changed.

Do not buy any infrared illuminator if your camera is not an IR camera. It has to have a removable IR-Cut filter that slides out of the way at night for the camera to recognize the IR.
