The ACTi TCM-5611 H.264 Megapixel IP Day or Night PoE Box Camera gives great shots with a bright background like a lobby during the day, or the ability to see license plates with a dark background and headlights.
Choose an optional lens, indoor bracket, or outdoor housing.

Do not buy any infrared illuminator if your camera is not an IR camera. It has to have a removable IR-Cut filter that slides out of the way at night for the camera to recognize the IR.
