EyeSpyPro.com will warranty every product for 90 days after the day of your purchase. Most items, except spy gear or spy cameras are covered for 90 days. If it becomes defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product.
Name brand items usually have a 1-5 year warranty and we would assist you in contacting that company for warranty issues.
What do I do if I have a problem?
If you are experiencing any problems with your item, simply fill out a help ticket, and we will try to diagnose and fix the problem by email. If we can't, we will call for further information, and if needed, issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) so you can return it. We will then inspect and test the product, and fix or replace if needed. An RMA is needed for all returns, and all packages sent to us without an RMA will be refused.
Who pays for the shipping?
We will reimburse you for any shipping back to us of defective products, and if defective, we will pay the shippng back. In the event we find the product is not defective, we will ship it back to you at your cost.
Could my request be denied?
If the product has been mis-used, neglected, hit, broken, or dropped, that is not a material defect and it's not covered. If you open it up, solder, alter, or strip out the screws trying to open it, it is excluded from any warranty. Never try to repair it on your own, or you will void all warranties.
What if the item is not avaialbe anymore?
We will replace it with a like or similar item of equal or greater value.
When does the coverage start?
The coverage starts on the day the item ships. Most items ship within a day or 3, and if there is a long delay, we will adjust the 90 days.

Any camera that is not advertised as a day/night, low light, or low lux camera will not perform well in low light, and not at all in the dark. Make sure you know what you are ordering before you order it, and feel free to call us @ the number above or send us an email using the Contact link above.
Do not buy any infrared illuminator if your camera is not an IR camera. It has to have a removable IR-Cut filter that slides out of the way at night for the camera to recognize the IR.
Shipping prices are for one item. If you order more than one item, including complete systems, we will adjust the order and charge the actual shipping price.
