In the USA, we ship; UPS, Fed-Ex, or United States Post Office (USPS) starting at $9.99 for ground, $14.95 for Priority mail, $35 for 2nd Day, and $45 for Overnight. This is for 1 or two items. If you order multiple items, or heavier items like DVR's, spools of cable, etc., your actual shipping will be higher, and we reserve the right to add additional shipping charges to cover the cost of shipping the products, should the actual shipping charge exceed what you paid.

For Worldwide shipping, we offer three choices between USPS first class mail with no insurance starting at $25, or USPS Priority Mail with insurance starting at $35. We can ship USPS Express, UPS, or Fed-X overseas, and that starts at $75 to $100, and could be higher with multiple or heavy items.

Some of our products will ship directly from Asia, Russia, or any number of other countries, which could require additional fees that only apply to that item and will be listed at the bottom of the item description.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a credit towards any other product within 30 Days. In order to provide you with high quality products, we can not issue any refunds unless the product arrives defective.

On custom orders and surveillance systems, make sure you talk with us before ordering something that is not right for the situation, because once that order is placed, it is not subject to cancellation.

Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days, and Customers are responsible for shipping charges and handling. Exchanged items must be in new condition with all manuals, and accessories; otherwise, 20% restocking fee will apply. To obtain a RMA number, please feel free to call our toll free number 877-339-3779. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

If you cancel an order before it ships, and we have run your credit card, or you paid with Paypal.com, we will charge a 5% fee to cover the processing costs of both transactions.

We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year after sale to customer, or through the manufacturer if they offer a longer warranty. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Any item opened or modified voids the warranty.

If an item is defective, call us for an RMA number, and instructions for where to ship it to. Do not send anything to us withough an RMA number or it will be refused.
