Deleted data may be recovered on models supporting a full data dump but only if the data hasn't been overwritten. Paraben cannot guarantee that all models listed will be supported or that a supported model will acquire a full data dump. If a device has been flashed with a firmware update, been unlocked to work on different networks, been dropped and damaged, has had internal firmware failures, requires a different driver set, etc., CSI Stick may not be able to acquire any data even if the device has been tested in house by Paraben. Paraben will work directly with our users to fix problems with supported models and to expand our support. Because of these factors, Paraben cannot accept CSI Stick returns.

Any camera that is not advertised as a day/night, low light, or low lux camera will not perform well in low light, and not at all in the dark. Make sure you know what you are ordering before you order it, and feel free to call us @ the number above or send us an email with the Contact link above.
Do not buy any infrared illuminator if your camera is not an IR camera. It has to have a removable IR cut filter that slides out of the way for the camera to recognize the IR.
