Shipping To An Address Different From Your Billing Address

To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may hold an order for further verification if it is being shipped to an address different from the billing address. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.

The best ways to pay for an overseas order, especially if you want it to go to a different address, is with PayPal.

We do not ship to unverified shipping addresses as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.

Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.

To speed things up, we prefer you pay with PayPal or Western Union, however, we can accept credit cards. On International orders, we have to contact your issuing bank by fax, and wait for them to verify that the address you provide as the one on the account, due to a high rate of fraud from other countries.

This can take 3-7 days, and to speed things up, please use PayPal when you check out, as we can ship right away.

We normally ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 10-21 days to reach you. Be patients, since we started, we have never had to file an insurance claim for a lost package. Start checking at your local post office after 2 weeks of purchase.

We can also ship UPS or Fed-X and that normally starts @ $75 and up, depending on the quantity of your order. We reserve the right to add addional shipping costs should you order multiple items or heavy items should the costs exceed what we estimate.
