If you are having any problems with your DVR Spy Pen, DVR Spy Watch, PI Camstick, or any other flash memory based Special Application Spy Camera product, many times just erasing and formatting the drive seems to work.

We made this video to show you how easy it is. On a PC, just right click on the drive, it should be an E or F drive, and relase on "Format." Make sure it's your spy camera and not a flash drive or other removable drive. Check the "Quick Format" button, and click ok. In a couple minutes it should be done. Eject the drive & you are back in business.

On a Mac, go to disc utilities and select the sub drive icon for the memory, which will look like a removable drive from the pics on the left, select the "Erase" tab. It will already be set to Format "FAT 32", click erase, and it will be done in a minute or 2.
