I just found out the iRecovery Stick works great on recovering data from an iPad! If you have an iPad with iOS up to 3.x, it will work with the iRecovery Stick.
This flash drive sized product lets you hook up an iPhone or iPad to a PC and perform a forensic examination of what a person has been doing on their iPhone or iPad with phone capabilities.
Unfortunately, there is no Apple version of the software!!!

So if you are a Mac head like me, you gotta either have a PC or use Boot Camp, or Parallels, or some other type of virtual machine & run Windows that way.

For employers, now you can find out if your trade secrets are leaving the building because you can find out everything they are doing, even without the phone, from the software back up. Make sure your your employees daily or weekly b/u the phone to your computers, not theirs.
