Telco’s 1 Step Closer To Immunity For Spying On Us

In a really disgusting display of what traitors they are to the Constitution, Congress approved a 15 day extension of their Surveillance law that will allow retroactive immunity to the Telco companies that agreed to help perform illegal wiretape and surveillance of our communication within our borders, violating our right to 4th Amendment right to privacy.

God bless Ron Paul, Duncan Hunter, and a handful of other Congressmen who have the guts to not say no to this terrible invasion of our privacy.

Only Quest had the friggin balls to stand up to these traitors and say, NO WAY, we wont’ give you private information to snoop on our customers. Hats off to the leaders of Quest. All the rest are snakes that acted in collusion with the government to snoop on our private conversations.

Congress Passes Extension of Surveillance Law
The House and Senate yesterday approved a 15-day extension of an expiring intelligence surveillance law and the White House backed off a threatened veto, allowing more time to resolve a dispute over the administration’s proposal to immunize telephone companies from lawsuits stemming from their cooperation with warrantless wiretaps.

Both chambers passed by unanimous voice votes the temporary extension of the Protect America Act, and members then left town for a one-week break. The White House gave its blessing last night to the short-term measure rather than allowing the surveillance law to expire Friday.

If you think your telephone is tapped, there are many types of taps to look for, and you will need several devices. Two of the most popular phone taps you will find on your phone are series taps, and parallel taps.

We found a great article over @ the Spy Review blog that goes into detail as to what is a parallel bug and what is a series bug.

If you think your phone is tapped, you might want to consider the Advanced Wiretap Detector to track down any bugs. The Advanced Wiretap Detector is one of the only phone tap detectors that will check both single and two line phones quickly for on premises series and parallel bugs, and wire taps.

Advanced Telephone Tap Detector

The Advanced Wiretap Detector will check every single possible combination of wires in a four wire cable, which lets you detect some of the most sophisticated taps that use split pairs. This won’t work for downline taps; you will need the >Comsec C3i-II, World’s Only “Downline” Tap Detector, which we featured in Spy Blog post #38.

It will let you check for any taps that are at your home or business. It even will detect a hookswitch bypass, which is a transmitter that will allow the microphone on your phone to transmit any conversations, even while the phone is hung up. These are not black boxes that you keep hooked up all the time, they are for on-premise bug and tap detection, and you have to disconnect your telephone lines from the junction box coming into the building.

If you think you phones are bugged or tapped, they could be. Find out how the Advanced Tap Detector can protect your privacy on our website.
