We were reselling the PI Agent software for about a year, and we had a client who had a problem with it, and no matter how many email or phone calls to the company, they refused to get in touch with the customer or  help them.

Our client never was able to work out the problems and we were forced to refund their money. When we asked for a refund from PI Agent software multiple times, they refused to  reply to any email, so we filed a paypal dispute. Then they reply and the refund was not given, and we lost the money. We were ripped off by PI-Agent software.

We sent 2 dozen emails asking for a refund and they ignored us. Buy their software at your own risk. You will not get replies to your problems. They do not answer their phone, they do not support their product, they do not reply to emails and they forced us to not sell their product.
