  • Secret Court Rules Wiretaps Legal – You NEED The Comsec C3i II

    January 15th, 2009

A secret Federal intelligence court, who’s existence would shock our founding fathers, has ruled that the Executive branch can continue to wiretap YOUR phones and read YOUR emails.

Intelligence court rules wiretapping program legal

WASHINGTON: A federal intelligence court, in a rare public opinion, is expected to issue a major ruling validating the power of the president and Congress to wiretap international phone calls and intercept e-mail messages without a court order, even when Americans’ private communications may be involved.

The court decision is expected to be disclosed as early as Thursday in an unclassified, redacted form. It was made in December by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, which has issued only two prior rulings in its 30-year history.

The decision marks the first time since the disclosure of the National Security Agency’s warrantless eavesdropping program three years ago that an appellate court has addressed the constitutionality of the federal government’s wiretapping powers. In validating the government’s wide authority to collect foreign intelligence, it may offer legal credence to the Bush administration’s repeated assertions that the president has constitutional authority to act without specific court approval in ordering national security eavesdropping.

I thought we had a right to privacy in this country? Now, more than ever, you need the Comsec 3Ci-II, the worlds only downline tap detector.

Comsec C3i II World's Only Downline Tap Detector
Comsec C3i II World’s Only Downline Tap Detector

The Comsec C3i-II is the only unit designed specifically for detection of legal and illegal central station or “down line” surveillance taps, and “on premise” telephone recording devices that were PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTABLE!

No matter if you are a private citizen, or a business owner; your calls could possibly be tapped, and the only way to find out is with the Comsec C3i-II.

The COMSEC C3i-II works by detecting wiretaps / eavesdropping at the beginning and ending of a telephone call. When the phone rings, be on the look out for any remote extension drawn loop wiretap to seize the line between the cadence ringing, usually between the first and third ring, creating a connection reaction.

Once a call is connected, the COMSEC C3i-II continuously detects, reacts and displays an electrical signature pattern of the slightest electrical changes in telephone line impedance which result from signaling and switching equipment, telephone lines and wiretapping equipment connecting and disconnecting on your telephone line.

Once the call is terminated, watch the C3i-II and count the number of disconnection reactions on the line. The COMSEC C3I-II can detect legal and illegal wiretapping on your telephone line by establishing either a normal signature pattern or an abnormal signature pattern resulting from additional telephone lines / wiretapping equipment disconnecting from your telephone line.

Find out more information on the Comsec 3Ci-II on our web site, download the free reports, and we will even throw in 2 conference calls with the inventor, Mark Neer for anyone who purchases the Comsec 3Ci-II.

EyeSpyPro Monthly Drawing Winner For A Free De-FIB-ulator Portable Lie Detector

    January 14th, 2009

This months winner for a Free Spy & Surveillance Product is Ron, who won a The De-FIB-ulator Portable Lie Detector, a $49.95 value!

    The De-FIB-ulator Portable Lie Detector
    The De-FIB-ulator Portable Lie Detector

The De-FIB-ulator is a fun product that you can pull out at parties, or use on your spouse or children. It works by analyzing a persons voice for tension, and it’s pretty accurate. When you are lying, internally, you are looking at all the results of the lie, like playing chess, so the devicw picks that up.

The DeFIBulator Portable Lie Detector utilizes voice tension technology to measure varying degrees of vibration in the voice. These vibrations are caused by the user going from a state of calm, to being a little nervous as you would when you lie. Even an F.B.I. polygraph isn’t 100% accurate but after extensive testing, the DeFIBulator Portable Lie Detector was shown to have a very high accuracy rate.

It can even be connected to your cell phone! As a matter of fact, because of the digital connection it will actually be much more accurate. You train the De-FIB-ulator by asking 3 yes or no questions as a baseline. From there, ask away your questions, and when stress is found, the nose on Demonochio will grow, and horns will appear.

Perfect for the next party or office function, find out more information on the De-FIB-ulator Portable Lie Detector at our online Spy & Surveillance Super Store…

Mother Plants Mini Audio Recorder In Childs Teddy Bear To Bust Husband

    January 7th, 2009

Here is an interesting story about a women who put a small audio recorder in her child’s Teddy Bear to try and get recordings of her husband.

Custody case tip: Don’t bug kid’s teddy bear

Turns out, Little Bear was nothing more than Big Brother.

An Omaha man has sued his ex-wife after she or someone on her behalf inserted an audio recorder into their 4-year-old daughter’s teddy bear during the couple’s custody battle.

According to the lawsuit, Dianna Divingnzzo or her father planted a listening device inside Little Bear in an effort to lay bare any secrets of Divingnzzo’s ex-husband, William “Duke” Lewton.

The plan backfired, however, when the judge presiding over child custody proceedings refused to hear the recordings. Sarpy County District Judge David Arterburn noted that under Nebraska law, at least one person in a conversation must consent to a recording.

No one – not even the bear – consented in this case.

Luckily a judge threw it out, though did the kid consent to the recordings? That’s the thing with secretly recording audio, at least one of the people need to consent to it, otherwise it’s not admissible in court.

There are some real small digital audio recorders out there. One tiny one is the Forus Pro Series Digital Audio Recorders

Forus Pro Series Jet Black Digital Recorder
Forus Pro Series Jet Black Digital Recorder

The Forus Pro series audio recorders are small and very easy to conceal voice recorders. We use this one for personal notes and to record meetings in small rooms. About the size of a pack of chewing gum, the Forus records with one button and has a built in microphone. You can record up to 32 hours with the 256MB version, using Forus’s proprietary format.

We have had clients who use these to give to their children to possibly record abusive teachers or other people your child comes in touch with. You can also use this to record notes to yourself, record important meetings, or even use it to record audio to possibly report problems at work or with a subcontractor or employee.

The uses for a digital audio recorder are unlimited. We have some even smaller audio options we will review in future installments. For more information on the Forus Pro Series Digital Audio Recorders visit our Spy & Surveillance Super Store.

Comments??? While we are overloaded with SPAM comments and have to moderate this blog, we will approve all comments that add to the discussion. Though lets do something crazy, lets try an experiment and take off the moderation for this month. If it’s not out of hand with porn or viagra spam, we will keep it off, otherwise this blog is now open, though we will delete any crap…

We Found James Bond’s Lost Spy Watch

    January 7th, 2009

Of all things, we found James Bond’s lost spy watch. The Mens Spy Watch Digital Video Recorder looks like an innocent mens watch secretly houses a digital video camera with microphone that records clear video to internal memory.

We can’t figure out how Q crammed all that into a nice looking watch that records clear video at 355 x 288, and it looks like 30 fps. The DVR Spy Watch also has built in audio, and its very easy to use.

Mens Spy Watch Digital Video Recorder
Mens Spy Watch Digital Video Recorder

One button turns the Spy Watch, and pushing another button starts recording, so your videos will be discrete and covert. Push that button again to stop recording and go back to stand-by mode. You can either turn it off or record more video.

The video easily uploads to your PC or Mac and the .AVI files plays with multiple players, so you don’t have to add some weird codec to make it work.

Interestingly, the video records upside down, so when you are wearing the watch normally, on the top of your wrist, point the watch at what you want to record, with the face upside down. Now you are recording what the watch sees. If you record yourself looking at the face of the watch, it will be upside down in the video.

It’s incredible to see a video camera, battery, and flash memory all shoved into a working watch. What will be the next interesting video recording device we will introduce? Stay tuned! For more information on the Spy Watch DVR, visit our Spy & Surveillance SuperStore

The Multifunctional Megapixel Pocket Digital Video Recorder

    January 5th, 2009

We found a new drool worthy toy called the Multifunctional Megapixel Pocket Digital Video Recorder that combines a megapixel video camera and a SD Card DVR recorder into a little box smaller than a pack of cigarettes.

What blows us away about the Megapixel Pocket DVR is that it not only records super clear 1280 x 1020 video at 8 frames a second, it also will take an unlimited size micro SD card, so you can record for hours and hours, depending on recharging the Li battery, which lasts about 3.5 hours per charge.

The Multifunctional Megapixel Pocket Digital Video Recorder
The Multifunctional Megapixel Pocket Digital Video Recorder

It’s super easy to use, just charge the internal battery through the USB port with the included 110v adapter. Insert your micro SD card, and push the power button. Push it again to start recording. The light blinks red every second. Push it again to stop; can you get any simpler? You can quickly adjust the quality of the video and record in the following options: 1240 x 1020 at 8 or 2 fps, and 640 x 480 in 30 or 2 fps.

All of the videos record super clear video, though the 640 @ 2 fps is pretty jerky, though very clear. Nothing we carry will record with this quality. While it’s a little bigger and not as easily concealed, it comes with a number of brackets to mount the camera on the wall, like a regular surveillance camera, in your car to record the trip or watch at night for vandals, mount it on a bicycle or motor cycle handlebar for action movies, or put it on a neck strap and wear it like a necklace.

It does not have motion detection that we know of, so it’s limited for making your own hidden camera, as you want motion detection, or you can live with a 3.5 hour recording life.

This pocket DVR will work well for law enforcement, private investigators, accident adjusters, or if you want to record an interview or event. Toys In The Attic, Punk Found Stealing Gifts & Food

    December 30th, 2008

We are going to get a lot of use out of this story. A 21 year old punk was found leeching off a family for over a week in Pennsylvania. Seems a women noticed some of the Christmas presents were missing, and after seeing a footprint up on the wall, put two & two together and realized someone was living in their attic.

Woman finds man living in her attic
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) – December 28, 2008 — An intruder slept undetected for days in a family’s attic, stealing food and clothing when they were away and keeping warm by wrapping himself with blankets and insulation, police said.

Stanley Carter, 21, of Trumann, Ark., surrendered Friday after he heard a police dog inside the home in Plains Township.

“When he came down from the attic, he was wearing my daughter’s pants and my sweat shirt and sneakers,” the homeowner, Stacy Ferrance, said. “From what I gather, he was helping himself to my home, eating my food and stealing my clothes.”

Police said Carter had been staying with Ferrance’s duplex neighbors, who were friends of his. But when they told him to leave, he apparently accessed the adjoining home’s shared attic through a trap door in a bedroom ceiling. The neighbors filed a missing person report on Dec. 19.

Ferrance said she sometimes heard noises but dismissed them, thinking they were caused by her three children. When household items started disappearing, she said, the family suspected someone had duplicate keys to the house.

Wow, that really takes a lot of balls to live like a parasite off someone, like a tick on a dog. How low can humanity sink? There was a story recently about a homeless women living in a man’s closet in Japan.

If you think some creep is leeching off of you, you can set up something simple like the Home Guard Image Capture Camera. The Home Guard camera looks like an innocent door chime or air freshener, yet it is a camera that detects when the image changes, and takes still images of anyone who steps into the Home Guard’s view. So it’s not really a motion detection camera, rather an image detection camera that takes pictures when an image changes, like when a person is in front of it.

The Home Guard Image Capture Camera

The Home Guard has 2 modes, in large 640 x 480 HQ mode, it can store up to 4,000 images in with 128MB of internal memory. Or store up to 16,000 images in 320 x 240 mode.

To view the images, the Home Guard Image Capture Camera plays back images via a RCA cable to any TV or monitor. It is powered by (4) “AA” batteries or included AC adapter, so this unit is extremely portable and can instantly be relocated.

The Home Guard is a good hidden camera is great for catching someone doing something they should not be doing in your home or office. Since it works by changes in the picture and not motion, you can take pictures through glass and it will still work beautifully.

You can set the pictures to be taken at 1-60 second intervals. The unit will automatically add a time and date stamp to each picture. Now you can watch your home when you are not there, and play back the pictures at night.

The Home Guard is low priced and great for people on a budget. Find out more information on the The Home Guard Image Capture Camera, visit our website.
