Help finding video editing software that adds date and time stamp to.avi files AND removes audio?

Does anyone know either a single video editing program or a combo of programs that would allow me to:
1. Add the date AND time stamp to video recorded in .avi
2. Remove audio from the video when I save it to a DVD.

OR

3. Know of an inexpensive covert camera that records WITH the date and time stamp on the video and does not record audio.

Right now I am using a combo of bulky hand held video cameras and bags/backpacks that do all of the above but I would like to have the option of using smaller covert cameras but none seem to have the options I want out of the box.

   You can do that with any editor. The date/time can be added as you would add a title. As for the sound, when you render, render without sound. If your software doesn’t have that option, delete the audio track in the editor.

   I recommend AVS Video Editor which can:
   * Capture video from camcorders, photo cameras, TV tuners.
   * Choose between 300 video effects and transitions.
   * Insert one or more audio tracks in your media file.
   * Split video into scenes and delete unnecessary ones.
   * Burn edited Movie to DVDs.
