We have been following this story of the motorcyclist who was charged with violating wiretap laws when a blatantly obvious camera was attached to top of his motorcycle helmet. And while he was speeding and popping wheelie’s on the freeway, is there any reason for a Copper to pull a gun on him???

Judge Emory A. Pitt Jr. had to decide whether police performing their duties have an expectation of privacy in public space. Pitt ruled that police can have no such expectation in their public, on-the-job communications.

Pitt wrote: "Those of us who are public officials and are entrusted with the power of the state are ultimately accountable to the public. When we exercise that power in public fora, we should not expect our actions to be shielded from public observation. ‘Sed quis custodiet ipsos cutodes’ ("Who watches the watchmen?”)."

Graber was also charged with possessing a “device primarily useful for the purpose of the surreptitious interception of oral communications" — referring to the video camera on his helmet. The judge disagreed with the prosecutor that the helmet cam was illegal, and concluded the state’s argument would render illegal “almost every cell phone, Blackberry, and every similar device, not to mention dictation equipment and other types of recording devices.

Exactly our point, since every mobile phone, digital camera, and even the iPod Nano records video with audio. There are hundreds of digital recorders and to stretch the law to say they are intercepting something is ludicrous.

Ask any knuckle dragging Neanderthal what an interception means. He will tell you that its when the the defense catches a pass intended for a receiver. It’s plucked out of thin air.

AM/FM audio bugs do just that. Pick up "The Boys From Brazil," with Gregory Peck, and they use an audio bug that some little Ponchito picks up on his radio, as he is flipping through the dials. A bug intercepts a communication.

Or a wiretap, it intercepts a telephone call.

So HTF can can a recording intercept? It can’t; it only can record, and unless a new law is made to not record video with audio with a hidden camera, I see all Unconstitutional actions by the Government getting bitch slapped also.

He would set it down on the ground and film up their dresses, and actually went into the dressing rooms to find women undressing. I tell you, if I was waiting on my wife, and I see this punk walk into the dressing room, I would lay the smack down.

Guess what that means? It means some ACORN punks are going to come around, and want to know all the Unconstitutional garbage that the census now asks from us. The census was originally designed as a count of the people to help with determining the amount of Representatives & direct taxes. Under Section 2 of the Constiution, it states:

The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.

The word census only comes up 2x in the Constitution, and it always appears like this: “census or enumeration.” The definition of enumeration is: vb; to determine the number of.

So the Supreme Law of the Land gives the government the right to count us for taxes & representation purposes. The addition of dozens of privacy invading questions is not a requirement of the count of the people, and I have never given them any other information, and neither should you. The only time in my life I did talk to a census person, in 49 years is the last time, and I pretended like I did not live there, and they left.

Now, we have to deal with the ACORN thugs coming around demanding all kinds of personal data, and who is to say what they will do with it. And what if we say no? Will the brown shirts with sticks smash our doors down? We saw voter intimidation recently with the new Black Panthers, really just punks, holding clubs in front of a voting location in Philly. While that might pass for normal in the city of brotherly love, just wait until you city punks head out to American to try that; it aint’ going to work.

And we read about Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann, who now has the biggest balls in Washington, to come out and say she is not going to comply with the next census beyond name & how many people live there.

Our new hero in Congress, next to Congressman Ron Paul!!! Thank you Representative Bachmann for igniting what we feel will be the tipping point among the American people that we have had enough of the unrestrained growth of the US Government. Its meddling in every aspect of our life, when it’s completely Unconstitutional, and most of the country now embraces the teats of Uncle Sam.

We urge you to also refuse to give any other information, because we sure won’t. When the ACORN punks come to the door, tell them how many people live here. When they ask the next question, say “It’s none of your business,” and slam the door shut. If they won’t go, call the police & tell them some punks are trying to break into your house & get ready. You might get fined $100, though I will never pay it & neither should you.

Don’t forget: That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
