The Torturers’ Manifesto

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009

I’ll just let you know that I am a Libertarian and I am pretty much disgusted at what our Central Government has been doing for decades. Not sure if it was the Obama administration, or the Freedom of information act, whatever, the NY Times reports that there are now there are 4 released memo’s written by the Justice Dept. when President GW Bush was in office.

You might as well curl up with a good bottle of Cabernet, and a soon to be legal Cuban cigar, because the first one is 160 pages long…

I use to think humans could be no sicker and crueler than they were in the middle ages. I saw a traveling exhibition in TJ a decade ago of medieval torture devices. The sickness and the cruelty of what they did to people astound me, and in many places, they are still used today.

Speaking of medieval torture devices, my buddy JD, who owns the Museum of Death up in Hollywood, is opening up an art gallery next door, and the first show is of tapestries of medieval torture devices and I HIGHLY suggest you get there in the next few weeks to see the show. Click the link to see their MySpace/MuseumofDeath page, which has a little too much red, though I guess it’s for the blood. We set up an 8 camera video surveillance system to keep the place secure…

Anyway, going back to Bush the Torturer, they were talking about a water boarding device that would flip the suspected terrorist upright if he quit breathing.

I could not think of a more ghastly way to die than to be dunked under water. I almost died in a car wreck in 84, and had fluid in one lung. Since then, my breathing is labored, and you can hear it in all of our EyeSpyPro YouTube videos.

I gasp easily, and it’s a horrible feeling to not be able to breathe. Hell, i wonder if they would rip their fingernails off like the Germans, Japanese, or Vietnamese did? I am sure at one time or another, a US interrogator ripped off a few fingernails.

Anyway, I gotta get back to work, as we have a ton of new products we are adding and we are launching a completely new division that we will talk about shortly.

Why I Won’t Be Voting For Obama

Wednesday, October 15th, 2008

One thing this election cycle is causing is a lot of grief and hate. It’s dividing US, the People, who created this Government in the first place. Our country was like Old Man Frankenstein. He had a dream to create something, like our Founding Fathers. They set out to create something that had never been done, create a Government by, and for the People.

And for a while, this creature, the Federal Government did exactly what they envisioned. It allowed the 13 States (Actual separate countries), to flourish and they delegated few and separate powers as outlined in the Constitution and Bill of rights to the newly created Government. Anything not mentioned was to revert back to the States or the People. People were free to pursue their dreams without the Government on their backs taxing them and telling them what they can and can’t do.

Fast forward to the 21st Century; it appears we have come full circle. Slowley, silently, the people who we elected to protect us have screwed us. Tens of thousands of laws control us and mandate how we are to act, and to coerce trillions of our dollars as tribute to the Great and Powerful Oz. Don’t resist, or you get thrown in a cell somewhere to rot under recent laws that pretty much shred the Constitution.

I have always been a Libertarian, and the only time I vote Republican is when there is a huge chance there would be a Democrat President, and that makes me do my part to prevent it. I don’t approve of much of what George W. has done, as it’s as bad as what any Democrat can do; stifle free speech, make us criminals for breathing, and grow the Government by leaps and bounds.

Now we have two candidates that are on opposite sides of the political spectrum; One is the leftest of the left, a hardcore Socialist, Marxist, and Fascist. The other is an old Government war pig who is an entrenched insider.

Yet again we have to choose between the lesser of two evils. With the country basically dissing Ron Paul, and saying we do not care about smaller government, less taxes, and to be left alone. What is scary is how far Socialism has spread in the USA since the Founders created this experiment.

Now we have Obama who wants to “spread the wealth around,” who wants to take from me my hard earned pay, and give to someone who won’t work. Obama wants to give tax refund checks to people who don’t pay taxes, to give away trillions of dollars to guarantee an education, health care, and to save the world.

While all these things are noble, no where is he or anyone in the US Government authorized to do this in the Constitution! They do it and no one complains, so it becomes accepted.

Everything FDR did is repugnant to the Constitution and this carries on to this day. We allow these treasonous acts to perpetuate and no one does anything about it. Welfare, Medicare, Social Security, entitlements, none of that is the job of the Federal Government, yet there is a growing Socialist class that feels the Government owes them everything.

And when I hear that Obama wants to take my taxes that are stolen from me and given to leeches, then send trillions of dollars to Africa, and basically pay people to vote for him, that is the last straw.

I really don’t care if this upsets you because what this jerk is proposing upsets me VERY MUCH. Oh, did I forget, he has little, if any experience running anything. Heck, Sara Palin has more experience running governments than Obama has. His resume is paper thin and if a white man tried to run on such lack of experience, his name would be ignored.

But Obama, he has been groomed for his greatest role and the powers behind the scene expect him to be their puppet. He is an actor, a charlatan, shyster, and a flim-flam man. Obama has spend his entire life in collage or in jobs where he never really had to run anything. He has never run a business, does not know what it’s like to meet a payroll, hire people, or even run a city, county, or state.

Obama has no military experience, and naively thinks he can negotiate with the enemy as our commander in chief. John F. Kennedy did that, and after that, the Russians almost put missiles in Cuba. As a Veteran, this guy would be a joke as a commander in chief.

He has always been around academia or government and I just read this interesting ebook from Dan Kennedy, who puts into words the nail in the coffin on why you should NOT vote for Obama.

Read this and weep: http://www.dankennedypolitics.com/obama.pdf

Broke Musicians Use Surveillance Camera Clips For Their Music Video

Thursday, May 29th, 2008

Got a band and you spend all your money on beer and drugs, yet can’t afford to shoot a video? Then use the public CCTV cameras and then demand the footage!

A UK band found a very creative way to use their Orwellian Public Video Surveillance system to their benefit.

I just reported that with all the cameras in the world, UK’s Big Brother Surveillance Network Does NOT Reduce Crime they are not doing a whole lot to deter crime or catch criminals. Maybe this could be a new revenue stream for Britain, selling the video surveillance clips of requesters.

Got a band but can’t afford to shoot a video? Then use public CCTV cameras and then demand the footage!

Unable to pay the price for a professional video, they performed their music in front of 80 of the 13 million CCTV “security” cameras available in England.

They then used Britain’s Data Protection Act to request the footage that was shot of them.

This might work in New York City, where the ring of steel is being constructed by Mayor Bloomberg, though most other cities just don’t have the surveillance infrastructure (thank God), of London.

While the music is kind of weak, the idea rates a 10 from EyeSpyPro!

UK’s Big Brother Surveillance Network Does NOT Reduce Crime

Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

I read an interesting article that basically says for all the billions and billions of dollars that the UK has spent to create the worst example of Big Brother out of control police state, it does not reduce crime;

Only 3% of all street crime was solved with a surveillance camera; Wow!

CCTV boom has failed to slash crime, say police

Massive investment in CCTV cameras to prevent crime in the UK has failed to have a significant impact, despite billions of pounds spent on the new technology, a senior police officer piloting a new database has warned. Only 3% of street robberies in London were solved using CCTV images, despite the fact that Britain has more security cameras than any other country in Europe.

The warning comes from the head of the Visual Images, Identifications and Detections Office (Viido) at New Scotland Yard as the force launches a series of initiatives to try to boost conviction rates using CCTV evidence.

They admit with all this technology, they don’t know what to do with it. With feeds from millions and millions of cameras, there are not enough people on earth to look at it all, so the idea of public surveillance systems decreasing crime is a myth.

However, at home or your business, a digital video surveillance system will capture the images of some punk breaking in or vandalizing your property. You won’t need to sift through tens of thousands of hours of video to find the right bit to burn onto a DVD to give to the Police.

We wrote a couple articles on this subject and posted them over @ ezinearticles.com:

Which Video Surveillance System Is Right For My Home?

Which Surveillance Camera System Is Right For My Business?

We have a variety of complete video surveillance systems already bundled that set up quickly and are Internet accessible from any browser in the world, so you can monitor your home or business from where you are so see what’s going on. We put up a few working cameras that show you what the quality looks like at night, and with the night vision capabilities, let it see in a pitch black warehouse.

On the page for the 4 channel wired video surveillance system, we put the link to view the live feed. It has be viewed with IE, not Firefox, and it requires some Active-X set up. If you have any problems, send us an email and our tech support rep. can walk you through the set-up.

4 Channel Complete System

Once you set up your 4 camera video surveillance system, it can be set to record when motion is detected, during a certain time, like 8-5, or 24/7. It’s completely controllable and all cameras can be viewed by any web enabled browser, anywhere in the world. Any video segment is easily burned to disc for Law Enforcement to actually solve the crime.

If you are looking for a good quality complete video surveillance system, starting at four cameras and go up to unlimited, visit our online Spy & Surveillance Superstore for more information.

Project ECHELON – The Most Secret Government Surveillance System, Ever

Tuesday, May 20th, 2008

In case you did not know, Project ECHELON is a super secret US Government spy program that has been around for years and been exposed. PBS even did a show on the subject.

The following is a History Channel video regarding Project ECHELON and the complex system throughout the world that monitors every cell phone call, fax, email, Instant Message, land line call, radio, satellite transmission, and short wave radio transmission on the planet. Proof that this whole domestic spying thing is nothing new.

Since everything you send or receive has been screened, there is really only one way to protect your privacy, and that is to scramble your phone calls. There are two ways to do that, have a phone with this built in, or buy a box that will do that.

We will show you a box that sits between your phones base & handset. It is called The Miser Voice Scrambler, and it scrambles your phone conversatios with 1 million different possibilites so there is no way the AT&T or the Governmet can crack this.

Ground Zero Of AT&T’s Spying Program – Stripping Away Your Rights To Privacy

Tuesday, May 13th, 2008

I accidently stumbled on the Electronic Frontier Foundation’s article that goes to the heart of what we have been reporting here for months; the possible illegal activities of AT&T.

The article talks about ground zero of this whole controversy with AT&T is in a small city outside of St. Louis, MO called Bridgeton.

We have been reporting about this for the last few months:

  • Protecting Your Privacy Against AT&T’s Illegal Central Exchange Surveillance
  • Adjusting To The National Surveillance State
  • Don’t Try To Sue AT&T For Giving Your Private Info To Uncle Sam
  • Only The Comsec C3i-II Can Detect Telephone Company Wiretaps
  • A local station KMOV puts the pieces together in a comprehensive and disturbing story about this dragnet surveillance, with the help of AT&T whistleblower Mark Klein. Plenty of links to the report and videos. Check it out and read all the great links in the above blog posts and educate yourself about how our Government is stripping away your rights to privacy…

    Welcome To The Surveillance-Industrial Complex

    Monday, May 12th, 2008

Fergies Tech Blog referred me to a good article called

    ‘Surveillance-Industrial Complex’ Turbo-Charging Government Monitoring
The government is rapidly increasing its ability to monitor average Americans by tapping into the growing amount of consumer data being collected by the private sector, according to a major report released today by the American Civil Liberties Union.

It has a great report from the ACLU called: “The Surveillance-Industrial Complex: How the American Government is Conscripting Businesses and Individuals in the Construction of a Surveillance Society”

Bush’s Wiretapping About To Be Exposed

    Monday, May 12th, 2008

We have been following this story for months and we are still waiting with baited breath on some of these lawsuits getting settled…

House Democrats refuse to delete pending spy lawsuits
    Posted by Anne Broache

Congressional Democrats on Tuesday dug in on their refusal to pass a revamped surveillance law that could wipe out some 40 lawsuits accusing telephone companies of illegal cooperation with government spies.

According to summary documents provided by U.S. House of Representatives Majority Leader Steny Hoyer’s office, Democratic leaders are preparing to debate yet another new bill that would not offer so-called “retroactive immunity” to companies that allegedly opened up their networks to the National Security Agency without a court order. At least in theory, that means cases like the one the Electronic Frontier Foundation filed against AT&T should be able to proceed.

In addition, the new proposal would allow the judge presiding over such cases to review otherwise classified evidence about the extent of government wiretapping. The Bush administration has argued such documents cannot be used in litigation because “state secrets” may be revealed.

When we hear anything on this subject, we will post here.

Exclusive Nationwide FBI Snitch Network WILL Shoot To Kill During Martial Law

    Wednesday, March 12th, 2008

This article gives us another reason (like we need one?) to get as many guns and bullets as you can and tuck them away for a rainy day.

It seems the FBI has developed a secretive snitch network called InfraGard, which is made up of large corporations, bankers, utility companies; mainly companies that maintain or own the infrastructure of the country. It also includes 350 of the Fortune 500.

    The FBI Deputizes Business
Today, more than 23,000 representatives of private industry are working quietly with the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. The members of this rapidly growing group, called InfraGard, receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does—and, at least on one occasion, before elected officials. In return, they provide information to the government, which alarms the ACLU. But there may be more to it than that. One business executive, who showed me his InfraGard card, told me they have permission to “shoot to kill” in the event of martial law.

Shoot to kill? Us? Martial law? Why on earth would we ever need that to come up? I don’t think the Founders of our country ever intended it’s little baby, the Republic to have the capability to change into a tyrannical government. While the people have slept for 150 years, things have slowly changed and we no are longer living in the land of the free. You did read the Martial Law Survival Guide over @ The Bacon Report?

This secret network is closed to us, the People who created the FBI in the first place. Well, we didn’t create the FBI, we created a Government that is suppose to serve us & it created the FBI.

Their website, www.infragard.net, looks innocent enough:

    BECOME A MEMBER OF INFRAGARD

The benefits of joining InfraGard include:

  • Network with other companies that help maintain our national infrastructure. Quick Fact: 350 of our nation’s Fortune 500 have a representative in InfraGard.
  • Gain access to an FBI secure communication network complete with VPN encrypted website, webmail, listservs, message boards and much more.
  • Learn time-sensitive, infrastructure related security information from government sources such as DHS and the FBI.
  • Get invitations and discounts to important training seminars and conferences.
Best of all, there is no cost to join InfraGard
  • Now we have a Government that spys on us and makes us feel like criminals. I am sure AT&T is a member of this elite group, see a couple of our prior blog posts on this subject 38, 47, 67, 74.

This is an ultra elite group which you can only be invited to. Sorry, you, Joe Six-pack are not important enough to belong.

You won’t get the daily briefings on their secret, encrityped network:

The InfraGard website advertises this. In its list of benefits of joining InfraGard, it states: “Gain access to an FBI secure communication network complete with VPN encrypted website, webmail, listservs, message boards, and much more.”

InfraGard members receive “almost daily updates” on threats “emanating from both domestic sources and overseas,” Hershman says.

“We get very easy access to secure information that only goes to InfraGard members,” Schneck says. “People are happy to be in the know.”

People? Which people? Not us serf people, not me. I am not happy when I read stuff like this. I don’t know who to believe regarding 9/11 & the bogus wars on everything imaginable. I tend to not believe the official version of things and rely on other sources.

While on the surface, under all this war on terror rhetoric, this appears to be a good thing by making sure any wacko does not go and shut down the power grid or throw ricine in the water, it appears when they say they can shoot to kill, that to me is where I draw the line. When they enlist companies like AT&T to snoop on us and turn it over to the Government to hurt us, that is where I draw the line.

Where do you draw the line? Let me hear your comments, or do you even care???
