New Video On Changing The Battery In The Wild View Waterproof Outdoor Megapixel Motion Detection Camera

    Wednesday, February 16th, 2011

We were forced to make a video of how to properly insert the battery in the Wild View Waterproof Outdoor Megapixel Motion Detection Camera. The problem was too many people were dropping the battery straight opening, like square peg in square hole. If you do that, you bend down the contacts on the back wall that make contact with the battery.

    iButton Employee Tracking

This is a fully self contained, waterproof, outdoor camera with night vision that can record for up to 3 weeks on a battery charge. And now its been upgraded to 10 megapixels, and, finally, 640 x 480 video. We will take some samples and post them later in the week. For now, here is the video of how to properly change the batteries.

It sees well in the dark, and the infrareds do glow red, like a taillight, however, to the camera, it looks like a flood light. If you want to watch the animals that come into your yard, or catch the punk scratching the paint on your car, this is a great camera for capturing video or photo’s with motion activation in any weather.

Capture That Huge Gobbler Or Neighborhood Punk With A Tiny Trail Camera

    Tuesday, October 26th, 2010

We found these tiny Bushnell Trophy Cam Color Trail Cameras that are only 3.5 x 5.5, and take georgeous picturs of movies of your favorite dinner. Strap this little puppy to a tree, and when some form of life comes in front of it, the passive infrared sensor will go off & either snap photos or record short video clips on huge 16GB cards.

This easy to hide trail camera takes 3 quick photos with 1~60 second delays, so if some gobbler is tearing up the back 40, you got beautiful pictures of it. If some punk is stealing your stuff, or trespassing, it will also capture them.

    iRecovery Stick
Bushnell Trophy Cam Color Trail Camera

It will also record video in 1~60 second chunks, which you can set. The best version has a built-in LCD monitor to view in the field your files, or the camo & lower priced one have text screens and you can’t see the video.

Either way, looking at all that turkey is making me sleepy…

The SecureShot Battery Powered Smoke Detector Hidden Camera With DVR Catches The Punk Damaging Your Car

    Wednesday, July 21st, 2010

I think the SecureShot Battery Powered Smoke Detector Hidden Camera With DVR is possibly the answer to so many peoples prayers of trying to get video of the people that are damaging their property.

I can’t tell you how many people call us looking for some way to put up an invisible camera in their parking garage because some punk is pouring invisible acid on the hood that bubbles when it goes in sunlight and, amazingly, looks completely normal after the car cools off, or scratching the paint, or cutting the tires. I didn’t know there were so many a$$holes in the country.

If you live in a condo or apartment, or work in a large building, you normally have to park in a parking garage, which has no way to set up a camera to watch your car.

And there really is no perfect solution for cameras looking out of the car. The hidden ones available only work up to 5 hours, and if you use a regular mobile DVR and cameras, you will drain your battery by dawn. How about popping up an innocent looking smoke detector that has a hidden camera, SD card recording of the video, and a long life battery that is motion activated, and can record up to 20 hours of straight video, up to 1 year in stand-by mode.

HD Pocket DVR With Touch Screen
SecureShot Battery Powered Smoke Detector Hidden Camera With DVR

You charge up the battery, and close the cover. Get some of that 2x sided foam tape and use it to stick it up on the wall. No one will have any idea its a hidden camera, except you.

You can choose a down view, or side view; I suggest a down view one if you want to mount it on the wall. Side view is used if it is put in the corner of a ceiling, so it can watch a room. The unit is set to motion detection automatically, and if you want to change anything, just use the included RCA cable to hook it to a TV and set it up like a VCR with the included remote control.

It records on full size SD cards up to 32GB, and it records full action 30fps video @ 320 x 240 resolution, or 12fps in larger 640 x 480. Choose a high res color camera, or low light b/w if it gets dark.

And get the high quality video you need to put the punk away so you can catch some zzzzz’s.

What Idiot Created The I Before E, Except After C Rule?

    Thursday, April 15th, 2010

While I was no expert in English; hell, I never even went to school in my life, I do remember the old I before E except after C rule. Now I find a word it does not apply to. Seems US Customs seized a shipment of DV Pen Motion Activated Video Spy Pen, and the Talking Mini Clock Radio Hidden Camera DVR from our China suppliers. In writing to a different supplier, I type in sieze with my big mitts, and I do a spell check, and low & behold, it’s saying it should be spelled seize.

Talking Mini Clock Radio Hidden Camera DVR
Talking Mini Clock Radio Hidden Camera DVR

WTH??? If that rule only applied to putting the letter E before the letter I, except when the preceding letter is anything in the world besides C, then what is this? Can anyone help me compute this?

Does Your Surveillance System Have A Battery Powered Back Up Camera?

    Monday, March 1st, 2010

Up in Placentia, California, some Brazen punks snatched almost 1/4 Million dollars in computer data storage products from a manufacturer there, as well as a used coffee pot from the business next store?

What, the punks were tired from stealing all that merchandise over a 36 hour period, so they had to make some extra strong joe to keep them a going? I though they used crystal meth???

Anyway, the company had an alarm system with security cameras, motion detection, the works. And this was no amateur job, they cut out a hole in the back of the building and there is no record of any alarms going off, or any cameras catching anything, from the time the owner armed the system on Saturday night, until it was turned off Monday morning.

The thieves managed to not only cut a huge hole in the wall, they were not filed doing it, nor was any of the alarms tripped to contact the security company. Imagine that. The alarm company claims they found the equipment in working order, so how on earth can they bypass it?

That’s one for Colombo, however, a simple easy to use, battery powered, back-up security cameras for the security system for under a grand makes so much sense for any business owner with a sizeable inventory. A Motion Detection Camera With SD Card will give you video of the punks to give to law enforcement, possibly getting back most of the inventory. Alas, this is not the case & it will probably end up on eBay or Craigs List.

The SecureShot Covert Series Electrical Box Hidden Camera DVR is an innocent looking little electrical box that you can mount anywhere in a warehouse or back part of your building, even outside.

SecureShot Covert Series Electrical Box Hidden Camera DVR
SecureShot Covert Series Electrical Box Hidden Camera DVR

Inside the Covert Electric Box hidden camera DVR, you can have the option for color video for day recording, auto switching to b/w video in low light situations. Shoot out the front, or either side to an SD card recorder that will accept up to 32GB, giving you 96 hours of straight video, weeks on motion detection. With internal battery that can go up to 1 year in motion activated sleep mode, you can have a record of who stole what to give to law enforcement.

A word to the wise business owner; even though you have invested over $10-20,000 on surveillance systems, you really should have a battery powered video camera to back up your surveillance system, in case they cut the power, or its David Copperfield, the Amazing Kreskin, or a Vampire, who can not be filmed doing the stealing,

    Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

Sadly, we report that we are unable to get any more of the SecureShot Covert Phantom Sony Cube Radio Hidden Camera With DVR, which has been our best selling hidden camera with built-in DVR. Seems Sony is not making that clock radio anymore, and we are not able to find them anywhere.

    Sigh…

However, we do have one Phantom Cube Clock Radio on our shelf, and it’s a dual camera system that works great during the day, or in a completely dark room at night, with it’s built-in infrareds.

And the SecureShot AM FM Clock Weather Radio Hidden Camera DVR also has dual camera options, and built-in infrareds to also see in total darkness. We posted some videos of what they look like in color or b/w, as well as different sizes and frame speeds on each page for you to see what the camera sees.

And, it won’t break the bank, it can be moved around your home or business, and they work to catch employee thefts, customer thefts, your nanny stealing or abusing your children, or just to watch your teenager so they stay away from your booze.

Cat Burglar Robs Catwomen Of Her Jewels

    Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

We read about a cat burglar who robbed Julie Newmar, one of the original Catwomen, of $25,000 worth of jewelry.

If you don’t remember, she was in the old Batman television show from the late 1960′s, and in case you forgot what she looks like, check out this pic of her and Batman, who seems very excite to see Julie in her smoking hot Catwomen outfit.

    The Original Catwoman

I was a little too young to realize how hot she was, I think i was more interested in Batman; my how times change.

And if you look on the bookcase, you will the Hidden Book Cordless Video Surveillance System With Motion Detection Sensor. Imagine, an innnocent looking hard bound book watching over your Bat Cave when you are not there, secretely recording video when the motion detection sensor senses movement. The Ultimate Tissue Box Hidden Camera Is Nothing To Sneeze At

    Monday, November 30th, 2009

In keeping with the requests for putting hidden cameras into items without having to plug them into the wall, we introduce the SecureShot Cordless Ultimate Tissue Box With Covert Thermal Motion Activated DVR. We get calls from people all the time wanting to put a hidden camera over there, yet there is no electricity, and they are stuck.

Until now, you were outta luck. Inside this innocent looking black wicker tissue box, you will fine a high resolution camera that can record video whenever there is motion, and confirm or deny those suspicions you are having.

The 6 Hour Pocket DVR With Button Camera Kit
SecureShot Cordless Ultimate Tissue Box With Covert Thermal Motion Activated DVR

No matter if you want to monitor what happens at your parents assisted care facility, make sure the new Nanny isn’t snooping around, your lover is being faithful, or make sure your employees are not goofing off when you are not there, then this innocent looking tissue box hidden camera will be your eyes when you are not around.

And it’s small enough to stick on most dashboards at night, to catch the punk keying your car! On a shelf, desk, night stand, mantle, bookcase, bedroom, the list is endless. And remember there are serious laws against using this in illegal ways, so only use this to help identify patterns of abuse, neglect, theft, and innapropriate activity & NEVER use it for anything else, got it?

Otherwise I’m gonna lance you with my horns, just like they did in that movie, Ninja Assassin. Me & the misses had nothing else to see yesterday, besides cartoons or the stupid wolf movie, so we settled for the Ninja’s. Good story about secret Ninja societies, though it had to be one of the bloddiest movies I ever seen. Even I got squeamish when the blood started flowing in the opening scene, and I chew crickets & bugs to oozing pulp every day.

Anyway, charge this baby up, set it down & point it where you want to record, then arm it with the included remote, and it will record either 20 hours of solid video on the internal SD cards, or up to a year in stand-by. That’s if one person walked by each day.

If you gotta watch something and you need to be discrete, the SecureShot Cordless Ultimate Tissue Box With Covert Thermal Motion Activated DVR is another option.

The Fake Rock Cordless Video Surveillance System With Motion Detection Trips Up A Robber

    Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

The Fake Rock Cordless Video Surveillance System With Motion Detection Sensor is a new concept in Cordless Hidden Cameras With Built In DVR that can be used outdoors and require no batteries.

If you have had your garden ripped up, your car keyed, your pumpkins smashed, or your Baby Jesus stolen, you wish you had something that would catch the SOB that did that.

Well now you can folks, step right up and take a look at this innocent looking rock. It’s just a rock, right? Wrong-O Daddy-O! It’s got a hidden camera inside, with a super tiny SD card DVR that is powered by a long life battery.

Fake Rock Cordless Video Surveillance System With Motion Detection Sensor
Fake Rock Cordless Video Surveillance System With Motion Detection Sensor

You can stick it outside, near other rocks outside your home or business, and it’s just going to sit there, quite and stealthy; exactly like me! It’s going to sit there for up to one year on the standard battery (3 years with the super-duper battery), and will only record video when the heat activated motion sensor will detect a living thing moving in front of it. A tree branch or tumbleweed won’t set it off, and it only records while there is motion, if you set it for that. Otherwise it will record for 20 solid hours (80 with the super duper battery), though you will have a lot of dead air.

It will record clear 30 fps video @ 355 x 280 resolution, or 640 x 480 @ 1-12fps, and it can take large JPG pictures which work well also for law enforcement. Take out the SD card or plug the thing into a TV or VCR if you ain’t got a computer, and you are watching your movies. Set up time/date through the TV also, as well as all the other controls. It’s super easy to use, and it comes with a remote control; if I can set it up with these mits, you sure can.

There are no infrareds, so it wont’ work in pitch black, though if there is a little light, it will work well with that. For more information on the Fake Rock Cordless Video Surveillance System With Motion Detection Sensor, or any of our other Hidden Cameras With Built In DVR’s, check out our website.
