Are there very small cameras that can keep surveillance on terrorists, drug dealers, enemy targets?

Is there such a thing as” mini flying cameras” that are being used by the CIA, FBI and police department to keep covert surveillance on certain individuals, ie. suspected terrorists. I am talking about very small cameras like a fly that can be navigated around via remote control and keep surveillance on criminals, drug dealers, terror suspects, etc.

   they are actually called Satellites

   and yes. they exist!

   also there are UAV’s

   They make them size of a BIRD, but endurance is still limited

   So the answer to your specific question is NO, and obviously, they only work outdoors.
