Ditch Your Door Keys With A Biometric Finger Print Door Lock

    Friday, February 26th, 2010

I don’t know about you, though I hate having to fumble for my keys when I get home with a handful of packages, especially with mits like mine. If you want a quick way to open your home or business doors, you might want to check out our new Biometric Finger Print Door Locks.

Imagine, not having to pull out a key to unlock your home, or business, or you do something stupid like I did last week. I closed the door with the door locked, and my key was inside! I had to find a window to break so I could get in. My window alarm blew off, and I ended up spending $75 to get it replaced because it was a tempered bathroom window.

BioAxxis makes a great line of fingerprint door locks for home or business.

    Bet you didn’t know this?

    My d*ck kills asked:

Many people that travel carry a pocket alarm with them. this alarm is a small
device that is hung around the door knob, and when someone touches the knob his
body capacitance sets off the alarm. these nasty nuisences can be found by
walking down the halls of a hotel and touching all the door knobs very quickly.
if you happen to chance upon one, attach a 3′ length of wire or other metal
object to the knob. this will cause the sleeping business pig inside to think
someone is breaking in and call room service for help. all sorts of fun and
    games will ensue.

Some high-security instalations use keypads just like touch-tone pads (a
registered trade mark of bell systems) to open locks or disarm alarms. most
use three or four digits. to figure out the code, wipe the key-pad free from
all fingerprints. after it had been used just apply finger print dust and all
four digits will be marked. now all you have to do is figure out the order.
if you want to have some fun with a keypad, try pressing the * and # at the
same time. many units use this as a panic button. This will bring the owner
and the cops running and ever-one will have a good time. never try to remove
them from the wall, as they all have tamper switches.

On the subject of holdups, most places (including super-markets, liquer
stores, etc.) have what is known as a money clip. these little nasties are
placed at the bottom of a money drawer and when the last few bills are
with-drawn a switch closes and sets the alarm off. that’s why when you make
your withdrawl it’s best to help your-self so you can check for these little
nasties. if you find them, merely insert ones underneath the pile of
twenties, and then pull out the twen-ties, leaving the one-dollar bill behind
to prevent the circuit from closing.

If you shoplift and see cameras, look at the brand. if it is surveillance video
systems (SVS) you need not worry. these cameras look realistic to the point of
pilot lights, coax, and scanning. however, they are only empty boxes.

Almost 3 Hours Of Video With The Covert Key Chain Hidden Camera And Digital Video Recorder

    Thursday, February 18th, 2010

It’s amazing what pops into your head at times. I was yacking away with a guy today about the differences between the Car Alarm Key Chain Hidden Video Camera & the Covert Key Chain Hidden Camera And Digital Video Recorder, and I had this huge brain flash. We were going over the different video quality and recording time and I remember when we tested the Covert Key Chain Camera, it recorded about 50 minutes of video.

Even though we were told it would record 3 hours, we did not believe them and did not advertise it that way. So the guy today says he saw that it was 3 hours recording also, and I said, no, we only got 50 minutes. Then it hit me. It filled up the included 2GB SD card before the battery needed a charge. So it was because of the small memory card that it only recorded 50 minutes.

Covert Key Chain Hidden Camera And Digital Video Recorder

So I pop in an 8GB SD card, and we got over 2.5 hours of video! It still breaks them up into 30 minute files, so you can find the part you want quickly.

We also posted 2 new videos and 1 photo of the device set down while recording, which is the best way to get clear video shots. These mini spy cams have no image stabilization, so you have to hold them still. A lot of our raw samples are with someone holding them, and the more you move, the blurrier it will be.

Setting this down and recording a long meeting with your Slum Lord or Contractor lying through their teeth? Priceless!!!

Wow, now we are testing the Car Alarm Keychain camera and will report back what we find.

The Bluetooth Earphone DVR Easily Records Covert Video

    Tuesday, February 16th, 2010

You gotta love those Chinese, not only do they party for 2 weeks during their New Year, virtually shutting down all commerce between any company in any other country, they also come up with an endless stream of DVR Spy Cameras hidden in practically every possible product. Now we have the Bluetooth Earphone Digital Video Recorder, an innocent looking bluetooth earphone with a camera with audio hidden inside.

We charged it up for about 2 hours, since the blinking yellow status light stopped blinking. It recorded between 38 & 45 minutes on two tries, and it takes pretty clear video with audio. The video is large, 640 x 480, and its just under 30 frames per second, so it’s pretty clear. There is a little audio artifacts, though you can hear conversations up to about 10-15 feet away.

    Bluetooth Earphone Digital Video Recorder
    Bluetooth Earphone Digital Video Recorder

We posted sample videos & pictures on its page, and it was easy to use. It’s a clip device, so hold it in your right hand and clip to your shirt or jacket. Put it down near your belt for 2 reasons. 1; The video shoots up slightly, and if you hold it at chest height, or clip it at chest level, you will get a lot of ceiling shots, or peoples bald heads. And the light won’t be so noticeable lower. The light will blink blue every 3 seconds in video mode.

To switch to photo mode, take the fake earphone, and it has a slider switch on it that is suppose to be the volume control. Push it down to MIN setting, and now you can take a photo ever time you push the button.

If your DVR Spy Pen is getting noticed, check out the Bluetooth Earphone Digital Video Recorder for the latest body worn hidden camera.

Spector Pro Computer Software Could Have Caught A Pervert

    Tuesday, February 16th, 2010

I read a sad and sick story in the OC Register about a predatory pervert that spent 2 years trolling Facebook & MySpace for young girls to send him pictures, and ultimately meet to model. While you might not have a daughter, I am sure you have a friend or relative that does, and just the thought of this makes my blood boil.

This guy set up a fake modeling agency, and ended up getting a couple girls to model in the nude and, well, I don’t want to talk about this sicko. The court was able to get thought he first 23 of 172 counts against him, and I pray this guy never gets out again.

I have a daughter named Sasha, and I like to know what she is doing when she is online. The last thing I need is for her to be chatting with that creep. Here’s a pic I dug up.

So what can you do about it? Nothing, and have your daughter, niece, or friends child end up a future statistic. Or, you can look at some type of computer monitoring program that would alert you to what your child is saying and doing online. The Spector Pro Complete Computer Monitoring Software, allows you to monitor all email, text messages, and instant messages coming in & out of any PC or Mac.

Spector Pro Complete Computer Monitoring Software

And, it also will record screen shots of what they are doing according to completely customizable triggers, like as frequently as 1 second, when a mouse is clicked, page is scrolled, web site visited, etc. And there is a version for Apple, as well as PC’s.

I can go on & on, though you get the idea. So no matter who you need to watch, get more info on the Spector Pro Complete Computer Monitoring Software here...

What is the difference between a red or a blue led ir illuminator?

    Thursday, February 11th, 2010
    bollman_l asked:

I was browsing through ir illuminators for a surveillance system where I work. We use red led IR illuminators, but I’ve found yellow and blue led ir illuminators while browsing for more. I was wondering what the difference was and if I were to use a blue or yellow one, would it dramatically affect my video feed. . . for better or for worse? Thank you.

CTC Union Video Encoders Update Your Legacy CCTV Cameras To Network IP Cameras

    Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

We just added the CTC Union line of Network IP Cameras, NVR Software, and H.264 Video Encoders – Decoders. The Video Encoders come in stand-alone versions, or blade versions that can go into 2, 4, or 20 channel rack mount chassis. A Video Encoder is used to bring your analog CCTV video surveillance system to the 21st century by digitizing the video, turning the camera into a Network IP Camera.

Why? Well, the video resolution is better. With a megapixel IP camera, you can cover a whole parking lot, and using an ePTZ function, zoom into the important areas, and read a license plate.

CTC Union H.264 Blade Encoder With 4 Channel Chassis
CTC Union H.264 Blade Encoder With 4 Channel Chassis

Or no interlacing problems. On moving subjects, they will be much clearer when you digitize the entire picture, not 1/2, then the other 1/2, as interlacing does on CCTV cameras. And with H.264, you can crush the size of the file down to a fraction of MJPEG, or 1/2 the size of MPEG4.

The blades come with the ability to have a hard drive onboard, thus reducing the burden on your network. Dual streaming is standard, so you can browse on a normal PC without crashing it, as well as sending the compressed videoto your NVR.

You will get D1 resolution @ 30fps, with quality that will rival Bosch, at a price of Vivotek…

If you are looking to update your aging CCTV video surveillance system, check-out the full line of CTC Union H.264 Video Encoders.

The SleuthGear Covert NightOwl IR Cube Clock Camera Is A New Nanny Cam With Night Vision

    Friday, February 5th, 2010

SleuthGear just released the Covert NightOwl IR Cube Clock Camera, their first camera that has built-in infrareds that allow this hidden camera to see up to 30 feet in total darkness, as well as offering beautiful D1 color video during the day. Now you have the best of both worlds.

SleuthGear makes some great hidden cameras with DVR, and they take their most popular one, the SleuthGear HVR Cube Alarm Clock Video Surveillance System and add nighty vision so you can see what’s happening even when the human eye can not.

SecureShot Covert Phantom Sony Cube Radio Hidden Camera With DVR
The SleuthGear Covert NightOwl IR Cube Clock Camera

This self contained, 1 camera video surveillance system records the video to SD cards that are hidden from view. In fact, the only thing showing on the camera to let anyone even know it’s a hidden nanny cam, is one small silver a/v port on the rear.

It takes up to a 32GB SD card, so you can record up to 5.5 days of solid video, weeks in motion activated mode, using 320 x 240 video @ 30fps.

Big clear video, and can see in the dark, what’s not to like about the The SleuthGear Covert NightOwl IR Cube Clock Camera? You set it up easily, like a DVR, by plugging it into a TV or VCR. You can set time/date, motion activation, scheduled recording, masking, and so much more.

If you need watch your babysitter, your children, spouse, elderly parents caregiver, or just want a good Nanny cam, you should check out the Night Owl hidden camera.

The Worlds First Nanny Cam With Audio!

    Thursday, February 4th, 2010

The Covert Alarm Clock Radio Hidden Camera And DVR With Audio is the first Nanny Cam on the market that adds audio, allowing you to see, and hear, what is going on when you are not around.

Up until now, all the Nanny Cams did not have an audio feature. You had to buy an audio recorder to hear what was said.

This Covert Alarm Clock Radio Hidden Camera And DVR With Audio records clear video with audio, and looks like a normal clock radio you would see in a home or office. The video is clear, as is the audio. Check out this sample video we made.

That’s a 15 fps clip, so you only get 1/2 the video of a 30 fps file, yet do you really need 30fps? Plus it saves space, as the files are 1/2 as small.

Just plug it in the wall and it will start recording out of the box. You can easily set the time/date, motion activation, frame speed, size, etc. It has masking so you can only detect motion in certain areas like doorways, avoiding things like pets, fans or curtains, which give false motion readings.

It takes up to 32GB SD cards, and it comes with 2GB to get you going. It does have a visible SD card slot on the back edge, and there is one output port on the side used to set it up, or watch video if you don’t have a computer. The battery cover on the bottom is screwed shut also. Otherwise, it’s a normal functioning clock radio that most people would not give a 2nd thought.

The lens is above the time LED, next to a status light and is NOT noticeable. Now the legal stuff; audio recording is restricted or banned in certain places. In some states you have to put up signs that you are recording audio, and it can’t be used in CA unless both parties agree. So call an attorney if you intend to use it in court, otherwise its a great way to see what your nanny, babysitter, house cleaner, kids, spouse, or elderly care giver is doing & saying when you are not there.

This is not intended to be used illegally, just as a monitoring tool. You can identify things that could lead to problems down the road, and we don’t want that, now do we???

Click the movie to get started.
