Toys In The Attic, Punk Found Stealing Gifts & Food

    Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

We are going to get a lot of use out of this story. A 21 year old punk was found leeching off a family for over a week in Pennsylvania. Seems a women noticed some of the Christmas presents were missing, and after seeing a footprint up on the wall, put two & two together and realized someone was living in their attic.

Woman finds man living in her attic
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) – December 28, 2008 — An intruder slept undetected for days in a family’s attic, stealing food and clothing when they were away and keeping warm by wrapping himself with blankets and insulation, police said.

Stanley Carter, 21, of Trumann, Ark., surrendered Friday after he heard a police dog inside the home in Plains Township.

“When he came down from the attic, he was wearing my daughter’s pants and my sweat shirt and sneakers,” the homeowner, Stacy Ferrance, said. “From what I gather, he was helping himself to my home, eating my food and stealing my clothes.”

Police said Carter had been staying with Ferrance’s duplex neighbors, who were friends of his. But when they told him to leave, he apparently accessed the adjoining home’s shared attic through a trap door in a bedroom ceiling. The neighbors filed a missing person report on Dec. 19.

Ferrance said she sometimes heard noises but dismissed them, thinking they were caused by her three children. When household items started disappearing, she said, the family suspected someone had duplicate keys to the house.

Wow, that really takes a lot of balls to live like a parasite off someone, like a tick on a dog. How low can humanity sink? There was a story recently about a homeless women living in a man’s closet in Japan.

If you think some creep is leeching off of you, you can set up something simple like the Home Guard Image Capture Camera. The Home Guard camera looks like an innocent door chime or air freshener, yet it is a camera that detects when the image changes, and takes still images of anyone who steps into the Home Guard’s view. So it’s not really a motion detection camera, rather an image detection camera that takes pictures when an image changes, like when a person is in front of it.

The Home Guard Image Capture Camera

The Home Guard has 2 modes, in large 640 x 480 HQ mode, it can store up to 4,000 images in with 128MB of internal memory. Or store up to 16,000 images in 320 x 240 mode.

To view the images, the Home Guard Image Capture Camera plays back images via a RCA cable to any TV or monitor. It is powered by (4) “AA” batteries or included AC adapter, so this unit is extremely portable and can instantly be relocated.

The Home Guard is a good hidden camera is great for catching someone doing something they should not be doing in your home or office. Since it works by changes in the picture and not motion, you can take pictures through glass and it will still work beautifully.

You can set the pictures to be taken at 1-60 second intervals. The unit will automatically add a time and date stamp to each picture. Now you can watch your home when you are not there, and play back the pictures at night.

The Home Guard is low priced and great for people on a budget. Find out more information on the The Home Guard Image Capture Camera, visit our website.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays From EyeSpyPro

    Monday, December 29th, 2008

I wanted to take a moment and reflect on the past year. While the talking heads on the boob tube like to play up negativity, we really feel things are not as bad as it sounds, and many people are doing well and prospering.

Just remember that when one door closes, another opens. I have lost my job many times in my 49 years, and I always pulled up my bootstraps and made a go of it. Cycles come & go. I don’t want a handout from the Government; I want to be left to making it on my own. Sink or swim, because I will never give up.

If you made a ton of money in the last few years, that’s great, though always be ready for things to change & doing something different. The whole reason I started this company is because I knew I had to go back to working for myself. My day job went from $150,000 a year to $85,000, down to $40,000; poverty for Southern California.

Now I run two online stores (EyeSpyPro.com, and our sister store for all your Self Defense needs, DefendThyself.com), and love what I do; you can do the same thing. Find your love in life and build a business around it. Start at night, turn off the TV, and build your empire.

Many people are out of work, and they are turing to crime for their new job. We carry all the tools you need to protect yourself from theft, robbery, burgulary, shoplifting, and home invasions. TASERS & pepper sprays, and stun guns to protect you, motion detection alarms, personal alarms, video security cameras, hidden camera detectors, and telephone security devices to protect your home & business.

All of us at EyeSpyPro wish you and your loved ones a very blessed and safe Holiday season. No matter if you celebrate Christmas, Hanukka, Kwanzaa, Festivus, or if you don’t celebrate the holidays at all, we wish you peace, joy, the company of good friends and family, and a very blessed 2009.

How much work did the servo motor do?

    Monday, December 29th, 2008
    yesssitsbritt asked:

A robot arm that controls the position of a
video camera in an automated surveillance
system is manipulated by a servo motor that
    exerts a force on a push-rod.
    The force is given by
    F(x) = x2 ,
where x is the position of the end of the push-
    rod.
    If the push-rod moves from x1 = 0 m to
x2 = 17 m, how much work did the servo
    motor do?
    Answer in units of J.
    Note: F(x)=x^2 ……not x2

Infrared Catches The Grinch Stealing Christmas

    Friday, December 19th, 2008

Thefts of Christmas trees are climbing as more people become unemployed and start their new job as thieves. With dozens & dozens of expensive trees just sitting in a parking lot behind a flimsy fence, many punks feel that they can make a few bucks stealing Christmas trees.

Sign of the times: Stolen Christmas trees

With the economy weak, police across the country have seen an uptick in the theft of trees from commercial lots. Thieves have targeted holiday trim, too.

NEW YORK (Fortune) — With the economy tanking, it may not be a surprise that nuisance crimes like petty theft and vandalism are on the rise. But even police departments are scratching their heads over the latest hot loot: Christmas trees.

The only way to watch over is if you have some type of cameras. It’s hard to run wires to a spot in the middle of a parking lot or your front yard, so you can try something like the Color Day Night IR Camera with Built-in DVR, which is a good night vision outdoor camera that records video to an internal SD card. It’s completely self contained!

Color Day Night IR Camera with Built-in DVR

As long as you can find an outlet to plug this into, you can have a video camera there filming your trees or Christmas decorations. The camera can be mounted up a pole or on a roof, and has very clear 420 lines of resolution.

You can record up to 5 hours of motion detected video on a 2GB SD card, or a person walking in front of it, to save video space. This way there is no blank video of nothing.

It sees in the dark up to 90 feet, so you can catch the punk stealing your trees. It’s waterproof and comes with everything you need to set it up.

Find out more information on the Color Day Night IR Camera with Built-in DVR on our website & when you enter discount code: SANTA when you check-out, you will receive a 12% discount (the 12 days of Christmas), until Christmas Day.

Surveillance Cameras Mandatory As Shoplifting & Burglaries Surge

    Wednesday, December 17th, 2008

We keep telling you about the rising crime rate due to the current condition of our economy. CNBC ran an interesting story on the economic downturn putting people in panic or survival mode, and they anticipate a rise in theft, depression, and even violence in the near future…

Downturn Spurs ‘Survival Panic’ for Some in the US

A paralegal, recently laid off, wanted to get back at the “establishment” that he felt was to blame for his lost job. So when he craved an expensive new tie, he went out and stole one.

The story, relayed by psychiatrist Timothy Fong at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and Hospital, is an example of the rash behaviors exhibited by more Americans as a recession undermines a lifestyle built on spending.

What is truly amazing is that 2/3 of our economy is based on consumption, and people have just been blindly buying because they had the money. With a near zero savings rate for the last few years, now people like the women in the article are wearing clothes they bought years ago, and never once were worn.

Striking is the person who stole a tie because he wanted to get back at the establishment, at your cost as a merchant. What if everyone who came to your store stole one item? Can you eat those losses?

What about the punk who lost his job that breaks into your home while you are at work, or your business at night while you are at home. If you don’t have any record of the break-in, you better have insurance.

Every home & business needs some type of video surveillance system to not only deter the punk from stealing, and to record the video to give to law enforcement.

For your business, if it’s small, you can get by with 4 cameras and a digital video recorder that will record everything the cameras see to a hard drive. A digital video recorder is like a mini computer with a DVR card, its fully self contained and has the inputs for wired dome cameras or wireless cameras.

We have a few complete video surveillance systems set up and will be adding many more over the holidays, or you can mix & match any cameras to any DVR.

For your business or home, we just added a full line of Network IP Cameras that can watch inside and outside your business and don’t require a DVR. They are powered by and operate over a local area network.

Network IP cameras are a little more expensive then CCTV cameras, however, they do not require running video cables or a DVR, and on surveillance systems over 8 cameras is when they are cost effective, though they work great no matter how many you need. Even one camera can be operated at a time. You just connect the camera to a switch that is connected to your network. Think of the network camera as a little computer with it’s own IP address.

Find out more information on our video surveillance systems @ our Spy & Surveillance Superstore, or call us @ 1-877-3-EYE-SPY, to put together a system that will fit your needs.

Blago Should Have Used The Comsec C3i II Downline Tap Detector

    Friday, December 12th, 2008

If you have been under a rock this week, you read about the stupid actions of the Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich. While he is presumed innocent, he was caught using a FBI wiretap trying to find the highest bidder to take over President elect Obama’s Illinois Senate Seat.

Stupid Blago, phone taps are for pros! If only he had invested a couple hundred bucks, he could have picked up a Comsec C3i II, the worlds only downline tap detector; the ones that the FBI sets up at the local telephone service.

    COMSEC C31-11

The Comsec C3i-II is the only unit designed specifically for detection of legal and illegal central station or “down line” surveillance taps, and “on premise” telephone recording devices that were PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTABLE! In case you didn’t know it, it’s super easy for anyone from your phone company to tap your telephone line.

The Comsec C3i-II can detect electronically isolated remote extension drawn loops, which are the most sophisticated, threatening, and common type of electronic surveillance that other security devices cannot detect.

Eavesdropping and Surveillance Are at All-Time High According to the 2002 FISA Annual Report from the U.S. Attorney General, “All phone tap applications presented to the Foreign Intelligence Court in 2002 were approved.” The FBI claims that U.S. companies combined are losing about $2 billion a month to corporate espionage resulting from phone tapping and other forms of illegal eavesdropping.

Now you will be able to detect computer hackers trying to tap your network, as well as others who are using the telephone company’s central exchange switching equipment to intercept your private communications. The COMSEC C3I-II installs in seconds with a regular modular connections. It will protect your Telephones, Computers, and Faxes continuously against any illegal wiretaps.

The COMSEC C3I-II works by detecting wiretaps / eavesdropping at the beginning and ending of a telephone call. When the phone rings, be on the look out for any remote extension drawn loop wiretap to seize the line between the cadence ringing, usually between the first and third ring, creating a connection reaction.

Once the call is terminated, watch the C3I and count the number of disconnection reactions on the line. The COMSEC C3I-II can detect legal and illegal wiretapping on your telephone line by establishing either a normal signature pattern or an abnormal signature pattern resulting from additional telephone lines / wiretapping equipment disconnecting from your telephone line.

Find out more information on the Comsec C3i II at our online Spy & Surveillance Super Store, and we offer two FREE consultations with the inventor of the Comsec C3i II with any purchase.

Red-light cameras – I found the website to see these traffic cameras?

    Friday, December 12th, 2008
    MM asked:

I’m still trying to find the website that shows the webcams that monitor the actions of the police, considering they are our employees, our tax dollars at work -

Can anyone direct me to the webpage that displays the cameras that monitor the actions of the police including any cameras used during covert surveillance operations?

And I’m not talking about the cameras that are directed onto the street, from police cruisers – I mean the ones that directly monitor each officer’s actions inside their vehicle.

Considering the precedent Bush set in revealing the name of covert CIA operatives, such cameras are easily justified.

    Thanks!~

Let Technology Protect Your Baby Jesus This Holiday Season

    Wednesday, December 10th, 2008

Already, we start reading about the people who loose some or all of their holiday decorations to neighborhood punks. Many people spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on Christmas decorations. We read about one family, who set up cameras to watch their nativity scene, and recorded a girl stealing a Baby Jesus worth $500!

They also talk about putting a GPS device inside the baby Jesus, to help track him; brilliant idea! We will show you a few items you can use to protect your property.

The least expensive, easiest to use and set up is a The SecureView Flood Light Camera. This simple security camera screws into a flood light housing, and has a camera inside the bulb. You watch the video on a TV or a VCR for those of you who don’t want to invest in DVR’s or recorders. You just plug a little box in the wall outlet near your TV, and electricity carries the video signal over your electrical wires to the little box. You then connect the box to a video input on the TV or VCR. Simple, low cost, easy, and works well.

Next would be the Color Day Night IR Camera with Built-in DVR that records video to internal SD cards. Mount this on the side of the roof or a tree. All you need to do is run an electrical cord to the camera, plug it in & set it up with the included wireless remote control. With the Motion Detection feature, it will record day or night for about 5 hours, only when there is movement in front of the camera. The only drawback is you have to retrieve the SD card to view the video…

If you don’t want to do that, consider the VersaCam VC/36, a good little camera that can see up to about about 50 in the dark, and has nice clear images. It uses a wide view lens, so you can cover most of your front yard with one camera.

The VC/36 is small and painted black, so it’s easy to stick in a corner and no one will know it’s there. You will need to run electricity to the camera, and it sends the signal wirelessly to a small box that plugs into the USB port of your computer. With the included Blue Iris software, you can hook up 3 more cameras, and view them on your computer, rotating each image ever 3.5 seconds. Easy to set up, the VersaCams are our top sellers, with good quality video.

Or go full blown with a 4 or 8 channel DVR and add outdoor wired or wireless cameras for complete surveillance systems starting at $649.95.

Now to track the Baby Jesus if he is stolen. The only way to do it is with a GPS Tracker. A GPS Logger is only good for after the fact, and you have to have it to read where it’s been. A GPS Tracker tracks in real time and can notifiy you when it moves, so as soon as baby Jesus is stolen, it will send you a text message that he is on the move.

The best one for the job is the GPS Global Asset Tracker. The GPS Global Asset Tracker is a tiny 4 inches long, and is a real-time GPS tracker that does not require monthly fees like other GPS Trackers. It can last up to 3 months and they give you one free track without having to have the monthly service. You easily activate the GPS Global Asset Tracker when you notice your asset is missing. The beauty is you don’t need to have monthly service, you just activate it when something is stolen.
